Crispy Smoked Wings Without Frying

The biggest lie in BBQ is that smoked wings can't get crispy.

They absolutely can.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Executive Order
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Dry wings thoroughly.
  2. Toss with seasoning and baking powder.
  3. Smoke at 225°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Increase temperature to 400°F.
  5. Cook until crispy.
