Unbelievable Smoked Super Bowl Meatballs (With Honey?!)
Howdy, members of the Ribertarian party and happy Super Bowl weekend!
If you're like me (a procrastinator), you're probably scrambling for some recipes to make for your buddies for when they come over this sunday to watch the big game and you really don't want to hear your wife say "I told you to figure this out last month" when you ask for her help.
Don't worry -- we're here to help! We've crafted a unique and delicious recipe that will make all of your guests happy.

To start off, you'll need:
- 1lb ground chuck
- 1lb ground pork
- 1.5 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp of Mikes Hot Honey (or similar)
- 2 cups of worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp of our Ribertarian United Steaks of America rub
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- your smoker
- endless amounts of beer (for the game!)
Now grab your beer and let's get started.
First, you'll want to set your smoker to 250.
While your smoker is preheating, combine all of the ingredients above and mix. Form your meatballs into equal sized balls, around 1.5 inches in diameter.
After that, raise the temperature of your smoker to around 300-325 and leave them on for another 10-15 minutes or so to get them nice and crispy. Aim for about 165 internal before taking them off.
Plate with some parsley and a dipping tray with more Mikes Hot Honey.
A warning though -- you'll want to sit down before you try these, because they'll absolutely knock you out due to how incredible they are.
Happy Super Bowl!
