The Best Smoked Queso Dip

Howdy, Ribertarians!

It's finally Super Bowl day!

Hopefully you're not still deciding on what to make for your guests this afternoon, but if you are, look no further. This smoked queso dip is cheap, easy, super quick and better than anything you can find in a store.

First off, get your smoker set to 250 and gather your ingredients.

You'll need:

  • 2 blocks of Velveta queso blanco
  • 1 jar pickled jalapenos
  • 1 20oz can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 onion
  • Generous amount of our Ribertarian United Steaks of America rub

Chop up each block of Velveta into 1/6ths and combine all of the ingredients in an aluminum pan. Set on your smoker at 250 for 2 hours then remove and let cool. That's all there is to it!
