Savory Texas Twinkies (Not Just for Texans!)

Howdy, fellow Ribertarians!
As an irreplaceable part of our republic, Texas has come up with many great ideas and recipes, the Texas Twinkie being one of them.
If you've never had the pleasure of tasting a Texas Twinkie, you're in for a real treat. They're spicy, they're sweet, they're savory, and all Americans love them, especially during football games.
As usual, crack a beer and let's get into how to make them.
To start off, you'll need:
- 1 cup chopped brisket/chuck roast
- 2 sleeves of cream cheese
- 10 jalapeños
- 1 package of bacon
- 3 tbsp of our Ribertarian Honey Hopper rub
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup pepperjack cheese
Go ahead and get your smoker set to 350. While preheating, combine the cream cheese, meat, seasoning and cheese in a bowl and mix together.
Grab your jalapeños and make one cut from the stem all the way down to the tip with a sharp paring knife. Repeat with the remaining jalapeños. Once cut, scoop the seeds and insides out of the jalapeños.
Fill every jalapeño with our mixture until it is just barely overflowing. Once stuffed, wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each jalapeño then season the outside generously with brown sugar.
Once prepared, place on your smoker at 350 for about ~30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
You'll want to sit down before tasting these as well, because they're guaranteed to knock you off your feet.
Happy Super Bowl weekend!
